Alereon Further Expands UWB Solutions into China Market Through Value-Added Reseller
AUSTIN, Texas and HONG KONG – August 6, 2006 – Alereon, Inc., the ultrawideband (UWB) technology leader for mobile WiMedia and Certified Wireless USB solutions today announced RTI Industries Company Ltd. (RTI), a leading VAR serving the communications, consumer and computer industries in Hong Kong and the People's Republic of China (PRC), as its new distributor to meet Alereon's growing need for sales and support of its complete solutions for UWB applications in China.
RTI acts both as a direct sell-through representative and as a true VAR, delivering engineering services across a wide spectrum from basic circuit design to full service total solution. RTI has seven offices in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Xiamen, Chengdu, Xian and Shenzhen, which provide application engineering services and technical support through its experienced Field Application Engineers (FAE) to high tech manufacturing firms.
