This seminar introduces the WiMedia based ultrawideband communications platform for personal area networks, with an emphasis on integrating and qualifying components in the development of Certified Wireless USB solutions. The discussion will include technical presentations from early adopters in the WiMedia-based PHY and MAC IP arena. Attendees will learn about the current state of software and silicon building blocks for Certified Wireless USB, including special design considerations for dual-role devices. Topics include:
